The following are considered Emergency repairs, items not listed should be submitted via our submittal form and you will be contacted the next business day.

Emergency Items for Non-Business Hours:

  • Water leak: first shut off the water at your water shut off typically found in the garage. If it is an irrigation leak that can be shut off at your irrigation valve, please turn off the irrigation and submit a non-emergency request for service

  • Sewer backup: If you have a main line backup that is affecting the use of all your fixtures, not just one fixture such as one toilet and the home offers alternative toilets.   Please be mindful that if the plumber finds an obstruction that is not related to the construction of the home, the homeowner will be responsible for the charge related to the service call.

  • Gas Leak

  • Roof Leaks of sizeable quantity, minor drips can be scheduled during normal business hours.

  • No Electricity

  • No Heat or Air Conditioning. Heat in the winter and AC in the summer is considered an emergency

  • Garage Door comes off track and car is located in the garage, if the garage door can be opened with the pull string, then it is not considered an emergency.
